Renishaw High Speed Dedicated Control System UCC2

Renishaw’s UCC flexible controller provide advanced touch-trigger and scanning algorithms, which allow fast, accurate, adaptive part measurement.

The UCC is a critical component of Renishaw’s revolutionary technology

Combined with a Renishaw servo power amplifier, Renishaw’s UCC universal CMM controller enables precise motion control of up to five axes of simultaneous motion on machines of all sizes and also supports rotary tables. It also provides a single-box interface to all Renishaw sensors

  • Serving the 3-axis CMM market
  • Suited to large and small CMMs using SP25Mor SP600 scanning probes with PH10 PLUS
  • Has integral thermal error compensation (TEC) with support for 16 channels of temperature compensation
  • Must be used in conjunction with a Renishaw SPA3amplifier
  • Uses an external power supply and manages full control of the PH10 PLUS head, CMM and probe signals and communicates with the CMM’s computer

MACC3000-2 High Precision Motion Machine

The MACC series is a high-speed, high-precision control system with integrated drive and control, suitable for a wide range of CMMs. Built-in high-performance DSP motion controller and motor driver, integrated trigger signal interface and indexing head interface. The compact structure of the whole machine, with fewer connecting cables, can realize high-speed, high-precision motion control and ensure accurate measurement results.

  • Adopt functional modularization and interface standardization design;
  • Highly integrated, with drive-control integrated design, motor-driven, compact structure;
  • High reliability, all products have been subjected to strict environmental tests to ensure working reliability;
  • Excellent performance, integrated DSP and FPGA, superior motion control and accurate measurement data;
  • Easy to use, the software is set up to use a wizard that guides the user to easily set and adjust parameters;
  • Adopts international standard I++DME interface, adapting to a variety of general DMIS software.
